- 01Keep SCADA/PLC/DCS loops and field devices running — valves, pumps, sensors, cabinets, cables, relays, and electronics — from HMI down to the terminal strip
- 02Maintain Emerson Ovation DCS/SCADA and Emerson PLC on Unit 2 (210 MW) — force signals for diagnostics, verify field devices, and restore healthy control loops
- 03Maintain Pupin PLC/SCADA on Unit 1 (100 MW) to the same standard as Emerson and Siemens — diagnostics, signal verification, configuration fixes, and field interventions
- 04Maintain and update Siemens SIMATIC WinCC for the plant’s district-heating export system; track and extract heating/consumption trends for city heat delivery
- 05Supported the ash and slag plant control migration from Schneider PLC/SCADA to Pupin — full signal checks against as-built conditions through cutover
- 06Replace and commission control hardware (cables, relays, PLCs, stands, 24 V supplies) during planned work and reactive interventions
- 07Edit SCADA graphics and fix configuration errors so operators see accurate process status
- 08Read and cross-check manufacturer electrical schematics during fault finding and changeovers
- 09Coordinate with automation engineers, energy/power engineers, licensed electricians, and mechanical teams so control signals and field equipment stay consistent
- 10Configure Schneider Electric VFDs with SoMove; maintain Emerson Ovation Unit 2 (210 MW), Pupin Unit 1 (100 MW), and Siemens WinCC plant systems day to day
- 11Support major plant overhauls in 2025 and 2026 — interventions, checks, and handover with cross-discipline crews
- 12Use diagnostic checks (including workstation/PC repair) to restore engineering and HMI stations when needed
