I work across the full control stack in a live plant: Emerson Ovation DCS/SCADA on Unit 2 (210 MW), Pupin PLC/SCADA on Unit 1 (100 MW), and Siemens SIMATIC WinCC for the district-heating export system — plus electrical schematics, cabinets, cables, relays, VFDs, and field devices. Daily work means troubleshooting faults, forcing and verifying signals, correcting configuration, replacing hardware, and keeping as-built documentation aligned with what is actually installed.

Operate and maintain Emerson Ovation DCS/SCADA with Emerson PLC on Unit 2 (210 MW): force signals for fault finding, verify field devices end-to-end, and keep the control path healthy during planned and reactive work.

PRJ-02

Pupin PLC/SCADA — Unit 1 (100 MW)

Maintain Pupin PLC/SCADA on Unit 1 (100 MW) to the same standard as Emerson Ovation and Siemens WinCC: force and verify signals, troubleshoot field devices, fix configuration and HMI graphics, and keep the control path healthy during planned and reactive work.

PRJ-03

Schneider → Pupin migration — ash & slag plant

Supported reconstruction and cutover of the ash and slag plant control system from Schneider PLC/SCADA to Pupin PLC/SCADA. Verified signals and logic against as-built / executed conditions, caught tag and command mismatches early, and kept the new path aligned with what is installed on site.

Siemens WinCC district heating

Maintain and update Siemens SIMATIC WinCC for the plant’s district-heating export system (heat delivered to surrounding cities). Change SCADA graphics and configuration as needed, and track/extract WinCC trends for heating performance and city consumption data.

Signal list & as-built alignment

Worked with contractors, operators, electricians, and design engineers to validate signal lists, resolve tag/command discrepancies, and update documentation so drawings match what is installed on site.

PRJ-06

I/O mapping with Python automation

Mapped and field-verified I/O signals, commands, and control logic during automation reconstruction. Built Python scripts (with Claude Code & Cursor) to reduce repetitive signal-database checks and speed up rename/validation passes.

PRJ-07

AI-assisted engineering workflows

Used AI tools to accelerate tag/signal renaming, documentation updates, and first-pass understanding of control logic — so maintenance and migration tasks spend less time on manual busywork and more on plant-critical checks.
